Stages 1 - 3: Summer High Performance Youth Athlete Clinic

This clinic is for middle and high school athletes (rowers, swimmers, runners, soccer players, lacrosse players...) to go beyond raw athletic talent and learn how great athletes think and thrive.  Learn how to build your aerobic engine, strengthen your body, prevent injury and fuel your performance with sports nutrition. Learn the Ives' strategy to lay down your best 2k, the SAT of collegiate rowing.

Session 1
: Jun. 19 - 22  9:45am-2:30pm
Session 2: Jun. 26 - 29  9:45am-2:30pm
Session 3: Aug. 14 - 17  9:45am-2:30pm

Session Fee: Early registration $450 ($550 after May 25th) 

Required:
1. Heart rate monitor
2. Water bottle (we have water)
3. Bring an athlete's lunch (guidelines provided)
