Coach Chris Ives will design a personal program for you to build your strength, endurance and speed. Coach Ives will share the strategies and techniques he used to land on the C.R.A.S.H.- B. Sprints Indoor World Rowing Championships podium numerous times.
- Initial 60 minute in-person private assessment to review technique and conduct a stress test to establish your anaerobic threshold (AT).
6 week customized training plan with daily erg workouts (all performed independently except 4 in-person sessions).
1 hour of remote coaching x 6 weeks. Coach Ives will review your daily workouts and performance. Chris will schedule a call once per week, and you are encouraged to reach out to Coach Ives with any questions at any time.
4 x 60 minute in-person private sessions. In the first session, you will do a sub-max benchmark 2k (90% effort). In these 4 sessions, Coach Ives will tweak your technique, share his proven 2k strategy and motivate you to achieve your peak performance. In the final session, you will do another 2k to establish your new benchmark.
