Requires no previous experience and can be a primary fitness activity, cross training for other sports or on-water rowing.
Our program builds strength and endurance, and teaches rowing technique and commands in a fun, welcoming environment. The curriculum engages kids by emulating training and racing as an on-water crew to experience the teamwork, grace, grit and pure joy the sport of rowing.
High School Sessions:
Tuesdays and Thursdays 5pm-6pm | Fridays 4pm-5pm | Saturdays 12pm-1pm
